The Three Dimensions That Matter
Leg size (e.g. 50×50 mm) decides how much corner area is protected and how load spreads across the board. Bigger legs = more protection and more stiffness.
Thickness (2-10 mm) is the strength driver. More plies press-laminated together means higher compression resistance – this is where the load rating really comes from.
Length is cut to order, so always measure the actual height of the strap line or the edge you are protecting. Standard sizes such as 50x50x5 mm ship from stock; anything custom is made per production run.

Which Profile Fits Your Cargo?
- L-shape – the default. Equal or unequal legs, 30×30 to 80×80 mm; protects pallet corners and carton edges. L-shape corner boards
